We all deserve a clean, safe and happy space to train, however the Trainer alone can’t make this happen! I’ve prepared the below list of things that we can all consider to make the experience at DiFit as positive as possible.

Be considerate and respectful of others.
2.
Are your shoes clean? If you find this difficult, consider a dedicated pair of gym training shoes.
3.
Do you have a sweat towel? Bring a towel to wipe yourself and the training equipment as you exercise.
4.
Are you hydrated? Bring a water bottle. There is also filtered water at the back of the gym.
5.
Feeling sick or unwell? If you believe it is something that others could catch, please consider skipping a session.
6.
Avoid dropping weights unnecessarily. You could hurt yourself, someone else, or damage the equipment or facilities.
7.
Keep Tidy. Put the equipment that you selected away at the end of your workout.
8.
Spatial Awareness.Be mindful of your training area and others as you work-out.
