Strength and conditioning interval training in groups of up to 6 people. Suited to people who have a moderate level of existing fitness and skills, and that don't wish to train in large groups.
Small group training with up to 6 people, in sessions that allow for all fitness levels. Workouts are full body, of varying intensity and range from low-high impact levels.
Training in small groups allows the trainer to focus on your correct exercise technique and form, minimising injury risk, and keeping you training.
Making a commitment to train at the same times each week helps build strong habits and keeps you accountable; to yourself, the trainer, and your peers.

It just turned out this way; most DiFit clients are women and as a result I optimise for women’s health and physiology, however men are always welcome.
Training sessions are defined and performed by me, ensuring consistency and quality and leveraging 10 years of fitness programming experience.
It’s a gym, but not as you know it; train in a studio that is clean, private, functional and safe, with convenient off street parking available.
I use interval strength and conditioning training as this gets the results that you want and gives you the strength and confidence to keep challenging yourself.

You deserve to train in a clean, safe, private environment with modern, functional, and top of the range gym equipment. Training sessions are predominantly floor based using free weights, however the studio is equipped with and sessions take advantage of a functional trainer with two cable systems, rack, rogue assault bike, eco rower, running machine, and a range of other free weight equipment.
Studio etiquette rules are established to ensure a safe and clean environment.
The DiFit Fitness Studio is located at 540 Sydney Road within the primary Seaforth shops area, had a brand new fit out in 2024, and has ample parking available including dedicated and free parking in the building basement.
DiFit has no membership fees, there are no contract commitments, and sessions are billed in advance for the following two weeks of training. Suspensions require two weeks notice.
