DiFit Services

One:One
personal Training

Individual fitness training with your own dedicated trainer. Ideal for people who prefer 1:1, or with a specific goal, or needing skills development before safely moving to small group training.

Semi-Private
Training

Personalised training sessions for two people who wish to train with a friend or partner, irrespective of your fitness levels as sessions will be tailored to your individual and specific needs.

Small Group
Training

Strength and conditioning interval training in groups of up to 6 people. Suited to people who have a moderate level of existing fitness and skills, and that don't wish to train in large groups.

Women's health focus

It just turned out this way; most DiFit clients are women and as a result I optimise for women’s health and physiology, however men are always welcome.

Coach & Founder

Training sessions are defined and performed by me, ensuring consistency and quality and leveraging 10 years of fitness programming experience.

Clean, safe & private studio

It’s a gym, but not as you know it; train in a studio that is clean, private, functional and safe, with convenient off street parking available.

Build strength & confidence

I use interval strength and conditioning training as this gets the results that you want and gives you the strength and confidence to keep challenging yourself.  

About Me

I am a motivating, energetic, and driven person, but most of all I’m passionate about fitness and helping you reach your potential.

I believe you need to be at your mental and physical peak to perform at your best, and this is where I fit in – to help you get results by striving for continuous improvements that are specific to your body, and where you are competing with yourself and no one else.

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor, and I can’t wait to help you achieve your best-self.  As a mother and a previous corporate warrior I know that exercise needs to be easily accessible and efficient to fit within your busy life, and I will coach you to stay fit, toned, mobile and healthy for the long term as we age gracefully!

I love helping people as well as making a difference to their lives. I want training to be fun and effective, where your goals are relevant and achievable…. it is my passion!

Studio

You deserve to train in a clean, safe, private environment with modern,  functional, and top of the range gym equipment.  Training sessions are predominantly floor based using free weights, however the studio is equipped with and sessions take advantage of a functional trainer with two cable systems, rack, rogue assault bike, eco rower, running machine, and a range of other free weight equipment.

Studio etiquette rules are established to ensure a safe and clean environment.

The DiFit Fitness Studio is located at 540 Sydney Road within the primary Seaforth shops area, had a brand new fit out in 2024, and has ample parking available including dedicated and free parking in the building basement.

Pricing

DiFit has no membership fees, there are no contract commitments, and sessions are billed in advance for the following two weeks of training.  Suspensions require two weeks notice.  

You’ll have your choice of payment method; EFT, direct debit, and credit card with ApplyPay and Android Pay supported.  You choose 😉
